Privacy Policy

We collect account details (name, email, hashed password), organization and billing records, API keys, audit logs, and operational metrics (storage and connection counts) needed to run VortexTMDB.

Payments are processed by Paystack. We store payment references and customer codes, not full card numbers. Transactional email (password reset, operator alerts) is sent through Resend when configured.

Customer database contents stay on the data-plane servers you are provisioned onto. Backups, when enabled, are stored on the configured object store (DigitalOcean Spaces) or local volume. We do not sell personal data.

To request access or deletion of account data, contact the operator using the email associated with your Super Admin / support contact.
