Terms of Service

VortexTMDB provides managed PostgreSQL databases (provisioning, pooling via PgBouncer, backups, and a control-plane dashboard). By creating an account you agree to these terms.

New organizations start on a time-limited trial. After the trial, continued use of paid plans requires payment in Ghana Cedis (GHS) through Paystack. Plans include limits on databases, storage, and connections. We may suspend LOGIN access when a subscription is past due or cancelled.

You are responsible for application credentials, schema, and data you store. Do not use the service for unlawful activity. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse infrastructure or violate these terms.

Service is provided as-is. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Contact the operator via the email on your account or the address used at signup.
